Why do people send me a red envelope on WeChat, but I can't receive the red envelope information?

Red envelopes are limited and need to be bound with bank cards.

Wechat binding bank card steps:

1. After logging into your WeChat account, find me in the bottom menu bar and click Enter.

2. Then find the wallet column and click enter.

3. After clicking, you will enter my wallet page. At the top, you can see the words bank card. Click it.

4. Then click Add Bank Card, and then follow the prompts to enter the bank card account information you want to add, and enter the mobile phone number bound to your bank card counter for verification.

5. After that, you successfully bound the bank card, which can be used to pay or send red envelopes.
