Li Shichun's life story

He worked in Wenzhou University (1992- 1996) and the State Council Legislative Affairs Office (1999-2005, and served as the editor of China Legal Publishing House in July 2002). He has won the honors of outstanding college students in Zhejiang Province (199 1), the first prize of outstanding papers on procedural law for young and middle-aged people in China (1999), and the outstanding young people in the central state organs (innovation award) in 2002-2003.

The main research fields are: the basic theory of procedural law, civil procedural law, and the intersection of civil law and civil procedural law. The main scientific research achievements are monographs: Research on Civil Preservation Procedure (published by China Legal Publishing House in 2005); He has published more than 10 papers in authoritative or core journals such as China Law, Legal Research, Forum on Politics and Law, and Chinese and Foreign Law.
