There are many ways to get your account back. You can try one by one:

1. Found by binding information or login user name, you can log in to the game directly through your mobile phone, email or user name. (You can also use the bound mobile phone, login email or login user name as the account to log in and view your UC account);

2. Provide customer service with recharge records, such as Alipay account number, Alipay merchant order number (please use computer to inquire), prepaid card number, mobile phone number for quick payment verification of bank card, etc. ;

3. Click "Forgot Account/Password"-Forgot Account, and enter the IMEI code of mobile phone (enter *#06# in standby mode) to search. (This method is limited to using Android phone to log in to the account of the client game);

4. If there is a confidential email address (it is ok if the confidential email address is not verified), please provide it to the customer service to check your corresponding UC account.

5. If your account has played games, please provide the role name and customer service location.

6. Retrieve the bound mobile phone number: the mobile phone accesses the user center, click Forgot Account/Password-Forgot Account-Retrieve the mobile phone, enter the mobile phone number and verification code, and then click Find Account.

(I suggest you use an Android phone. If you use iphone, please enter the verification code at the phone number first, and then copy the verification code into the verification code input box to find it. )
