Operation method:

1. Soft grid: Enter *#7370# on your phone and then you will be asked to enter the lock code. The initial password is: 12345. If you have changed your phone password, That is the changed password (not the SIM card password). After that, a white screen will appear, with only the word NOKIA displayed. It will be completed after 3 to 5 minutes. After completing the format, re-enter the phone time;

2. Hard format : Turn off the phone first, hold down the dialing key, "*" key, and "3" key while turning it on, turn on the power until the word "NOKIA" appears. Do not release any button during this process, wait a few seconds until "Formating... .../", then release the button. After 3 to 5 minutes, the system formatting is completed, the phone automatically restarts and enters the standby screen, and the phone time is re-entered.
