Integrity and self-discipline in 2022 "It is not allowed who proposed it"

The Five Do's and Ten Don'ts refer to the requirements and disciplines issued by the State Taxation Bureau for tax specialists.

"Five Essentials": (1) We must work hard to study Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought, study the party's line, principles, and policies, and constantly improve political awareness. Adhere to the four basic principles and establish the idea of ??serving the people wholeheartedly. (2) We must love taxation work, work hard to learn scientific and cultural knowledge, study business diligently, and constantly improve the level of taxation management. (3) We must adhere to principles, enforce the law impartially, act in accordance with the law, calculate taxes according to rates, actively publicize and correctly implement tax policies, laws, and regulations, overcome difficulties, and ensure the completion of tasks. (4) Be neatly dressed, behave properly, be modest and prudent, treat others politely, and collect taxes in a civilized manner. (5) Be honest, abide by discipline, and have the courage to fight against all violations of law and discipline.

"Ten Don'ts": (1) It is not allowed to accept meals or gifts from the steward. (2) It is not allowed to purchase goods at low prices in the management house. (3) It is not allowed to borrow money or things from the manager on credit. (4) It is not allowed to use one's authority to solicit or accept bribes. (5) No favor tax is allowed. (6) It is not allowed to cover up or condone tax evasion, tax evasion and tax arrears by taxpayers. (7) It is not allowed to reduce or reduce taxes and late fees without authorization beyond the authority. (8) It is not allowed to collect taxes without issuing invoices, collect taxes with white slips, and make fraud on tax invoices. (9) Corruption, embezzlement, or misappropriation of taxes is not allowed. (10) It is not allowed to arbitrarily withhold or confiscate traders’ cash, goods, tools, or impose arbitrary taxes or penalties.
