If the mobile phone sends a text message and the other party receives a question mark, it is suggested that:

1. Re-edit the sent content and try to change the recipient.

2. Clear SMS data: Settings-

Application manager

-All information.-Clear the data.

Software uninstall

Delete.

4. Back up the data in the machine and then restore it.
