Will adding bank short messages to the blacklist lead to freezing?

Bank cards are frozen for the following reasons.

1. A bank card is a debit card. If it is frozen, it is the wrong account, that is to say, the bank mistakenly gave more money to your account during the transaction, so the bank may freeze the part that was given to you.

3. If you don't apply for a new card when the bank card expires, the bank will freeze your expired bank card after it expires.

4. The bank card reported the loss several times in a row and was frozen because the bank thought it was suspected of malicious loss reporting.
