SMS notification for BOC customers is enabled:

SMS can be enabled for both local and foreign currency accounts, but you must open a corporate RMB current settlement account in BOC as a payment account. At present, only foreign currency accounts are opened in BOC, and those without RMB current accounts cannot be opened. When applying for corporate SMS products, corporate customers should submit the following materials:

1. If corporate SMS products are launched at the same time when a new corporate bank settlement account is opened, the following materials should be provided in addition to the account opening materials:

(1) Power of Attorney (if necessary), stamped with the official seal of the company and the signature of the legal representative/person in charge;

(2) Sign the Agreement on Management of RMB Unit Bank Settlement Account and Comprehensive Product Service of Bank of China Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) and the Articles of Association of Bank of China Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Articles of Association), and submit the Signature Form of Unit Bank Settlement Account Comprehensive Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Signature Form) stamped with the official seal of the unit and the signature of the legal representative/person in charge;

(3) The Application for Comprehensive Products and Services of Corporate Bank of China Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") stamped with the official seal of the company or reserved with the bank seal, and the corresponding field of corporate short message is checked;

(4) the original and photocopy of the identity documents of the legal representative or the person in charge of the unit and the authorized person;

(5) The original and photocopy of the identity certificate of the mobile phone short message receiver filled in the Application Form.

2. If the existing customers who have opened the company's bank settlement account start a corporate short message service product for the first time, they should provide the following materials as stipulated in this article:

(1) Power of Attorney (if necessary), with the official seal of the company and the signature of the legal representative;

(2) For the existing customers who have signed the new version of the Agreement and Articles of Association, if they subsequently apply for offering comprehensive products and services, you only need to submit the Application Form stamped with the official seal of the company or reserved with the bank seal, and check the corresponding field of corporate short message;

(3) For existing customers who have not signed the new version of the Agreement and the Articles of Association, when applying for offering comprehensive products and services, they should sign the new version of the Agreement and the Articles of Association and submit the Signing Form with the official seal of the unit and the signature of the legal representative/person-in-charge, while submitting the Application Form with the official seal of the unit or the bank seal reserved.

(4) the original and photocopy of the identity documents of the legal representative or the person in charge of the unit and the authorized person;

(5) The original and photocopy of the identity certificate of the mobile phone short message receiver filled in the Application Form.
