How to query the running records of bank cards

Check the bank card records with your mobile phone. You can query the bank card records by using the mobile banking APP, calling the customer service phone of the bank and receiving short messages.

1. Inquire through the mobile banking APP (take Huawei mate30 as an example, based on HarmonyOS system 2.0 operating system). First confirm that the bank card has opened online banking and mobile banking. After confirmation, download the bank mobile banking APP, open the APP, enter the bank card or online banking account number and bank card password, and log in to the mobile banking.

Next, perform the query operation. Note that the interface layout of mobile banking APP in different banks is similar. First find "My Account" or "Account Management" in mobile banking, click to enter the account, then find the bank card to be queried in the account, and click to enter the bank card service page. Find "transaction details" or "transaction record query" in the menu bar of the bank card service page.

In the query page, first select the transaction date and other information to be queried, and click OK to refresh all transaction records within the transaction date. If no transaction date is selected, the system will automatically display the last three transaction records.

In the mobile banking APP of individual banks, the transaction information will be encrypted (the transaction amount will be displayed as "*"). In this case, you need to make some settings changes on the bank's APP: find the "switch" that trusts encryption and decryption in the "Security Settings" or "Security Center" and set the status of the "switch" to decryption (display encrypted information).

2. Inquire by calling the bank's customer service phone or receiving short messages. When making a phone call, select the service to be inquired according to the voice prompt after dialing, and press the number keys to operate. Or press "0" to turn to manual service and tell the customer service staff the specific date or time period of the transaction record to be inquired. Short message inquiry is a report made by the bank to the cardholder after the cash flow of the bank card occurs. Generally, only a single transaction record can be found.
