Foreign currency authorization method: first, calculate the actual foreign currency consumption currency and amount, and send SMS notification. At this time, the customer's credit line will be occupied, but the merchant did not ask for payment, so it did not become an account transaction. After the merchant requests payment, it will be converted into RMB according to the foreign exchange rate of the card issuing system on the day of entry, and credited to the customer's RMB account.
