Where can I sign for the electronic documents of the court?

After the application for filing a case is approved, you can sign the Notice of Payment of Litigation Fees in the electronic court. Please refer to the first signing method for the signing method. If the case has reached the trial stage, the electronic service document can also be signed in the following other ways.

1. Login method 1:

After logging into the electronic court, it will be sent electronically on the left side of the electronic page. In my documents list, click "Sign for".

Click "Download" in my document list to download the document to be delivered.

2. Login method 2:

After the addressee logs into Jilin Electronic Court, in my case-ongoing case, click "Enter the case for handling" at the back of the case.

Enter the interface of the three-party visual litigation platform of the case, and click "Sign for" in the status and operation bar of the file list.

In the pop-up sign-in window, click "Sign-in".

3. Login method 3

Netease e-mail sign-in: The judge sends you an e-mail, and the system will automatically create a service reminder for the recipient. The recipient can sign for the service content after logging into Netease mailbox.

4. Login method 4

Download and sign the network signature code: the addressee can log in to Jilin Electronic Court according to the SMS reminder received by the mobile phone, and click Electronic Delivery on the home page.

Enter the receiving interface, enter the recipient's ID number and the signature code received by the mobile phone in this interface, and click "Verify". After verification, click "Download".

5. Login method 5

Fax Sign-in: After receiving the reminder of fax sign-in SMS, the addressee can get the service document at the fax machine corresponding to the fax number reserved by the court.
