How to stop the mobile phone card by texting?

SMS mode of downtime: send SMS code "2 100* service password" to 10086.

Shutdown refers to the customer's application to temporarily stop using the mobile phone number. Duplicate refers to the customer's application for reopening the number when the number is down.

Note: If the customer is in arrears during the whole month of suspension, the account will be closed. If the customer fails to pay the bill within 60 days after the account is closed, the number will be cancelled; If the customer pays the arrears within 60 days of accounting downtime, it will be resumed as business downtime until the customer applies for restoring the machine.
