You can use the mobile phone number of the contracted SMS to edit the SMS "Details of 4 digits after the card number" and send it to 95595 to inquire about the details of the last three transactions in the savings account in the last three months. You can also make inquiries through WeChat banking, mobile banking, portal quick service, online banking, telephone banking, self-service equipment and counters.

SMS service is an account information reminding service provided by our bank to individuals and corporate customers through SMS.

Credit card SMS service does not need to be opened separately. Note: Credit card return messages are only returned through UnionPay channel, and there is no SMS prompt in other return channels.
