In order to continuously consolidate the epidemic prevention and control situation in the province and help the masses who left Hubei and returned to Hunan to resume their normal work and life as soon as possible, I would like to remind you warmly:

At present, the production and living order in our province is accelerating to recover, but the epidemic prevention and control still cannot be relaxed. At present, Hunan is in a critical period of "external input and internal rebound". In order to protect the health of yourself, your family and people around you, please take the following prevention and control measures in the near future:

1. Before you go to Hunan, please contact your community or work unit and tell me the travel mode, arrival time and health status of my colleagues and me when we return to Hunan. COVID-19 virus nucleic acid was tested in Hubei medical institutions within 7 days before arrival, and the test report was provided after arrival in Hunan.

2. Before going to Hunan, please make a personal health declaration on WeChat applet for at least 3 consecutive days and generate a health pass code. If there is no electronic health code, red code or yellow code, please cooperate and accept centralized isolation medical observation 14 days. And contact the community or unit to arrange another nucleic acid test within seven days after arriving in Hunan.

3. After arriving in Hunan, please take the initiative to show your health code and nucleic acid test report to your unit or local community, and cooperate with your community and unit to carry out corresponding health management according to your health code category. If you have fever, cough, shortness of breath and other symptoms, please report to the community or unit immediately, wear a mask, try to avoid taking public transport, and go to a fever clinic in a nearby hospital as soon as possible.

4. Within 14 days after you arrive in Hunan, please don't take part in group activities such as dinners and parties, and don't visit relatives and friends. Don't go to crowded public places unless you have to.

5. When taking public transport, elevators or other crowded places, please consciously wear a mask regularly and try to avoid close face-to-face conversation with people within 1 meter.

6. Develop good hygiene habits and cover your mouth and nose with your elbow when coughing and sneezing.
