The residential tiered electricity price divides the monthly electricity consumption of urban and rural residents into three levels, and the electricity price increases in stages. Residential users with combined meters who have not implemented "one household, one meter" will not implement the residential tiered electricity prices for the time being, and their electricity prices will be uniformly increased by 0.037 yuan/kWh.

Electricity price generally refers to the price in RMB that should be paid for each kilowatt-hour of electricity consumed in people's daily lives.

The price difference of electric seeds. Electricity can be divided into thermal power (including nuclear power, etc.) and hydropower (including wind power, etc.). Different types of electricity mean different production processes, and their production costs are also different. In the case of the same utility and different costs, the value of different types of electricity determined by the ratio of utility to cost is different. This difference should be reflected in electricity prices.

Article 33: Power supply enterprises shall calculate and charge electricity fees to users in accordance with the electricity prices approved by the state and the records of electricity metering devices.

When electricity checkers and meter reading and charging personnel of power supply enterprises enter users to conduct electricity safety inspections or meter reading and charging, they should present relevant certificates.

Users should pay electricity bills on time in accordance with the electricity prices approved by the state and the records of electricity metering devices; convenience should be provided for power supply company power checkers and meter reading and charging personnel to perform their duties in accordance with the law.

Article 44 It is prohibited for any unit or individual to add other fees to the electricity bill; however, if laws and administrative regulations provide otherwise, the regulations shall apply.

If local governments raise funds to run electricity and add fees to electricity bills, the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall formulate measures in accordance with relevant regulations of the State Council.

Power supply companies are prohibited from collecting other fees when collecting electricity bills.

Article 66 Violates the provisions of Articles 33, 43, and 44 of this Law and fails to calculate electricity prices to users in accordance with the state-approved electricity prices and records of electricity metering devices. Anyone who charges electricity fees, sets electricity prices beyond their authority, or adds other fees to the electricity fee will be given a warning by the price administrative department, ordered to return the illegally collected fees, and may be fined not more than five times the illegally charged fees; if the circumstances are serious, the relevant The person in charge and those directly responsible shall be given administrative sanctions.
