What voting method is used in the election of the National People's Congress?

When the number of candidates for deputies who have won more than half of the votes exceeds the number of candidates to be elected, the candidate who has won more votes shall be elected. The election results shall be determined and announced by the election committee or the presidium of the people's congress at the corresponding level.
