China Construction Bank: Is there a limit for short message AA payment?

China Construction Bank official reply:

When the collection account is the transfer account agreed by the payer's SMS, the SMS payment limit confirmed by the payer cannot exceed the current single and daily cumulative limit of transfer through SMS channels; When there is no binding relationship between the collection account and the payer, the SMS payment limit confirmed by the payer cannot exceed the single, daily cumulative and monthly cumulative limit of AA payee's SMS payment.
