If your mobile phone speaker is mute, I suggest you:

1. Check whether mute, Do Not Disturb and other modes are turned on, turn off relevant modes and try again;

2. Check whether a Bluetooth headset is connected, turn off Bluetooth or turn off Bluetooth headset and try again;

3. If the wired earphone is not connected but the earphone icon is displayed in the notification bar, it may be that there is something wrong with the earphone interface of the mobile phone. You can try to clean the earphone hole.

4. Enter * # * # 6484 # * * in the dial-up interface to enter CIT (hardware detection), and select speaker detection to see if it is normal;

5. Upgrade to the latest MIUI version;

If there is no sound after the above operation, I suggest you go to the after-sales inspection.
