I. Basic information

The recruitment leading group will organize the qualification examination of the interviewers.

Those who fail to meet the qualification requirements for registration after examination will be disqualified from interviewing candidates, and those who apply for the same position and have written test scores above the qualified score line will be replenished according to the written test scores from high to low.

(5) Physical examination and inspection

From the candidates who have reached the interview score line, according to the comprehensive scores from high to low, according to the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of candidates to be hired 1: 1 to determine the candidates for physical examination.

When two or more candidates in the same position have the same comprehensive test scores, their ranking shall be determined according to the following methods: if the comprehensive test scores are the same, they shall be ranked according to the written test scores; If the written test scores are the same again, take an extra test and arrange them in the order of the extra test scores.

The method of additional test shall be determined separately.

The medical examination is organized by the recruitment leading group (the medical examination expenses are paid by the candidates themselves), and the medical examination standards are implemented with reference to the civil service recruitment standards (if laws, regulations and industry authorities have other provisions on physical conditions, those provisions shall prevail).

Candidates who give up medical examination or have job vacancies due to unqualified medical examination can be replenished from candidates who apply for the same position and whose interview scores are above the qualified score line in order of their comprehensive scores from high to low.

If the applicant has any objection to the physical examination, he may put forward a re-examination within 3 days from the date of receiving the results of the physical examination, which shall prevail.

According to the comprehensive results and physical examination results, the recruitment leading group determines the candidates for inspection according to the ratio of the number of candidates to be recruited in each position to the number of inspectors 1: 1, and inspects their ideological and political performance and moral quality.

If the inspection does not meet the requirements, the qualification of the candidate to be hired will be cancelled, and the vacant recruitment places will be replenished from the applicants who apply for the same position and whose interview scores are above the qualified score line according to the comprehensive scores from high to low.

(6) Publicity

According to the results of examination, inspection and physical examination, the personnel to be hired are selected according to relevant procedures, and publicized on the portal website of Lingshui County People's Government according to procedures, with a publicity period of 7 days.

If there is any dispute during the publicity period, the recruitment leading group will investigate and deal with it.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, it is determined to be the person to be employed; If it is reflected that there are problems affecting employment, if there is evidence, it will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, you can suspend the employment and decide whether to hire after investigation.

If the candidates to be hired give up their employment during the publicity period or the publicity results of the candidates to be hired affect their employment, they can be selected from those who apply for the same position and whose interview scores are above the qualified score line after research by the recruitment leading group, and they will be replenished in turn according to their comprehensive scores.

However, after the expiration of the publicity period, it will not be replenished.

The recruitment leading group only checks the situation reflected during the publicity period, and will not accept the report after the deadline.

(7) Employment

After the personnel to be hired are determined, the recruiting unit will submit the Registration Form for Open Recruiters of Institutions in Hainan Province and the Roster of Open Recruiters of Institutions in Hainan Province to the competent department of the recruiting unit for examination and approval, and then report to the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for examination and approval.

For those who meet the employment conditions, the county human resources and social security bureau issued the Notice of Recruitment of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Hainan Province, and saved the Registration Form of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Hainan Province in my file.

If the newly hired personnel graduate in 2023 and are not hired, the probation period is one year, and the probation period for other personnel is half a year.

After the probation period expires, it will be assessed by the employer and submitted to the county human resources and social security bureau for approval. Those who pass the examination are formally employed and go through the relevant formalities such as taking up their posts according to regulations. If they fail, the employment contract will be terminated.

Seven. Disciplinary requirements
