Why does Samsung only intercept calls and not messages?

The following settings can only be opened if the phone is intercepted and the SMS is not intercepted.

Setting method: find the system software and contacts on the mobile phone; 2. After entering the mobile phone contact list, find the contact to be set to prevent rejection of calls and information; 3. After selecting a contact, you will enter the contact details page and click the option key in the lower left corner of the mobile phone; 4. Pop up multiple options, and select shielding settings from the list; 5. After jumping to the next page, check call blocking and information blocking, and then click OK.
