How to set up automatic reception of Pinduoduo information?

When shopping in Pinduoduo, clicking on customer service often pops up an automatic reply option box. So how do you set it as a business?

First of all, of course, go to Pinduoduo backstage to find the customer service settings.

There are four options that can be edited in the check box.

Click Customize to create a question. You can only choose one text or picture.
