The phone keeps displaying unread text messages.

1. Inbox may be full. Check whether the short message is on the SIM card and extract it to see if it exists.

2. Menu-Information-Options-Delete Information

3. Settings-Application Manager-All Information-Clear Data. Pull down the screen top curtain and click "Clear". Turn off the phone and restart it.

4. Look at the number of unread messages and write it down: drop down the notification bar and write down the number of messages, such as 10086. After saving 10086, send a message (or send a message directly) to the message for viewing. If you have a conversation with 10086, you can see what was sent before and just now.

5. Settings-Application Manager-All-Select BadgeProvider and click Clear Data. Restarting the phone after exiting can exclude the developer option (high success rate)-don't check Don't keep active.
