If informed of the risk by the CDC, they should actively cooperate with the implementation of quarantine control, nucleic acid detection, health monitoring and other epidemic prevention and control measures. At present, it is the picking season of Lycium barbarum, so it is necessary to focus on migrant workers who have lived in Zhongwei and surrounding areas of Ningxia and those who have bought Lycium barbarum, and do a good job in investigation and prevention.

Second, the National Day holiday is approaching, the flow of people is increasing, and the risk of epidemic prevention and control is increasing. Xining CDC advocates the general public to spend holidays on the spot, reduce cross-city travel, resolutely implement the general strategy of "external defense investment, internal defense rebound" and the general policy of "dynamic clearing", and continue to adhere to the principle of not coming to Ning unless necessary. Before arriving in Ning, all personnel returning to Ning need to report online through Qinghai epidemic prevention and control reporting system, and all counties and districts are responsible for strict audit. You can't go back to Ning until you pass the examination.

Third, people who have lived in high-risk areas in China in the past seven days were subjected to centralized isolation medical observation for seven days (the management period was counted from leaving the high-risk areas), and nucleic acid detection was carried out for five times (days 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7).

4. Those who have lived in the medium-risk area of China in the past 7 days will receive medical observation at home for 7 days (the management period will be counted from leaving the risk area) and will receive three nucleic acid tests (days 1, 4 and 7). Do not have the conditions of home isolation medical observation, the implementation of 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation.

5. People who live in low-risk areas in China in recent 7 days should complete two nucleic acid tests (24 hours apart) within 3 days after entering Ning, and do a good job in self-health monitoring.
