1. The redemption of points shall be applied by the main cardholder, and the supplementary cardholder shall not apply.

2. Points redemption includes the following four ways:

(1) Apply for redemption of credit card "selected gifts" on CCB website through self-service voice phone and SMS.

(2) When a credit card is swiped by a cooperative merchant who redeems the points of CCB, the points are used to deduct some consumption and redeem gifts.

(3) Longka automobile card points holders can call the customer service hotline of CCB at 400-820-0588 to apply for points exchange for refueling fees.

(4) Dragon Card of China Eastern Airlines, Dragon Card of Shenzhen Airlines, Dragon Card of China Southern Airlines and Dragon Card of Shanghai Volkswagen are designed for designated gifts and do not participate in the above redemption.

3. Gifts exchanged by CCB credit card holders are provided by suppliers (including cooperative merchants, the same below), who are responsible for quality, quantity, style, color, after-sales service and other issues. China Construction Bank does not provide any form of guarantee and commitment.

2. How to redeem points and gifts through CCB APP?

1. Open the APP software of China Construction Bank on your mobile phone, log in successfully, enter the My Information page, check my points, click this tab, enter the My Points page, and click the Use button.

2. On the "Integral Usage" page, you can see the usage of integral. Select "Gift Exchange" at the bottom and click to enter the "Gift Exchange" page. Select the action "Click to enter integral mall".
