Do I need to enter my ID number to cancel my membership?

No need. According to the official customer service inquiry of ADOME:

1. Visit Adomi official website, find the "Login Registration" button in the upper right corner of the homepage, and log in the account.

2. After logging in successfully, click the "My Account" button in the upper right corner of the page and select "Personal Information" from the drop-down menu.

3. On the personal information page, you can see the column of "Member Information" and click the "Cancel Membership" button.

4. A confirmation window will pop up. Please confirm that you want to cancel your membership and fill in some necessary information, such as membership card number and password.

5. After confirming that the information filled in is correct, click "Confirm Cancel" button. The above is the cancellation process informed by the customer service, not including filling in the ID card.
