Why don't smart government and enterprises display on Samsung mobile phones?

If the mobile phone is not displayed in the application after downloading/installing/updating the software, it is suggested that:

1. Restart the phone.

2. Check whether it is hidden: Please go to Applications-Menu Button-Show Hidden Applications.

3. You can check whether the mobile phone is in safe mode (the word "safe mode" appears in the lower left corner of the mobile phone screen) and whether the application icon appears after restarting the mobile phone to exit safe mode.

4. Check whether the application is closed: Go to Settings-Applications-All-Look for the required application carefully-Open, click Open, and then go back to the application to see if there is an icon.

5. If it still can't be displayed, please change to another platform and download the observation again.

6. Please back up the data in the mobile phone, and then restore the factory settings (Settings-Reset-Restore the factory settings).

7. Please try to upgrade the phone firmware (Settings-About Device/Phone-Firmware Upgrade).

If there are still problems through the above methods, please bring the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to Samsung service center, and the engineer will check and deal with the machine.
