Tailwind compensation clause

1. If the consigned goods are damaged or damaged due to SF Company, the transportation fee will be exempted;

2. If the sender doesn't choose price protection, the monthly customer will pay within 9 times of the transportation fee limit, and the non-monthly customer will compensate the specific loss of the consignment within 7 times of the transportation fee limit;

3. If the sender chooses price insurance, compensation shall be made according to the amount of insurance purchased; If the consigned goods are only partially damaged or the internal parts are short, compensation shall be made according to the proportion between the insured amount and the loss;

4. The depreciation of the consigned goods shall be settled through negotiation between SF Express and the sender;

5. The sender needs to declare to the company when sending the parcel when receiving and sending valuables with a value of more than 20,000. If the sender does not declare, SF has the right to make compensation according to the general items not exceeding 20,000.
