The display in mobile phone photo album and software is out of sync.

1. If your photos are stored in a memory card, please make sure that a memory card is installed in your mobile phone. If the memory card is not installed, the photos will not be displayed.

2. The photo settings will be automatically stored in other folders;

3. There is something wrong with the picture manager software.

The solution is as follows:

1. Take a photo with your own camera to see if you can read it.

2. Go to Settings-Application Manager-All-Album-Clear Data/Clear Default Settings.

3. Back up your important information and try to reset your phone (Setup-Reset-Restore factory settings).

3. If the problem still exists, it may be a problem with the mobile phone system or hardware. Please go to the nearby service center for inspection and maintenance.
