Amazon has launched a self-pick-up service. You can choose to pick up the purchased goods at the designated self-pick-up point without worrying about missing the package because you are going out.

Order status: Check it on Amazon's website "My Orders"-"Parcel Tracking".

By SMS: Only customers who leave their mobile phone numbers in their account information or subscribe to "SMS tracking" can receive SMS reminders of the latest package status in real time.

Via WeChat: Only customers who have paid attention to Amazon WeChat WeChat official account and bound their mobile phone numbers.

There is no extra charge for choosing to pick up your own package. The free delivery policy is the same as that published in Amazon.com.

In order to ensure the safety and accuracy of the self-delivered package, please provide the real name shown on the identification document of the recipient when choosing the self-delivered package.

At present, neither the mobile web version nor the mobile application client supports self-decompression.

Pick up your own package

Self-collection is limited to the goods whose distribution method is selected as self-collection, and goods with other distribution methods cannot be collected at the self-collection point.

When the consignee picks up the parcel, it is required to provide the original valid identity certificate of the consignee indicated on the order. In place of others' self-submission, in addition to the original valid identity certificate of the self-submission, the original valid identity certificate of the recipient indicated on the order should also be provided.

The parcel shall be kept for 5 days after it arrives at the pick-up point (counting from the day after the parcel arrives at the pick-up point). If you don't pick it up for more than 5 days, the order will be cancelled by default and the parcel will be returned to Amazon warehouse.

Payment and inspection

In addition to Amazon's online payment methods, it also supports cash on delivery methods such as POS UnionPay credit card and cash payment.

Customers need to pay first before they can pick up the package themselves. Please check the package and pay in person. After leaving the pick-up point, Amazon will no longer be responsible for the quantity and payment of goods.

Return and exchange

Convenience stores will not provide any form of return service at self-service points for the time being. Please don't send the goods back to the delivery point, so as not to delay the time.

If you choose to pick up your own order, because some addresses in the school (such as dormitories and classrooms) cannot be returned or exchanged, please bring the goods to the original pick-up point for return or exchange within 3 days after receiving the notice from the delivery staff. Self-picked goods can be selected, and the length, width and height of the outer package should not exceed 120cm, the length of any side should not exceed 45cm, and the weight of a single package should not exceed15kg; ;

The total amount of a single package does not exceed 2000 yuan;
