According to relevant laws and regulations, there are two standards for filing credit card fraud:
1. Using forged credit cards, defrauding credit cards or invalid credit cards with false personal identification documents, or fraudulently using other people's credit cards for fraud, with an amount of more than 5,000 yuan,

Basis: Article 196 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) commits credit card fraud under any of the following circumstances, and if the amount is relatively large, it shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years or criminal detention, and shall also be fined not less than 20,000 yuan but not more than 200,000 yuan; If the amount is huge or there are other serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years but not more than ten years, and shall also be fined not less than 50,000 yuan but not more than 500,000 yuan; If the amount is especially huge or there are other especially serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years or life imprisonment, and shall also be fined not less than 50,000 yuan but not more than 500,000 yuan or confiscated property:
(1) Using a forged credit card; ?
(2) Using an invalid credit card;
(3) Fraudulent use of another person's credit card; ?
(4) malicious overdraft. The term "malicious overdraft" as mentioned in the preceding paragraph refers to the behavior that the cardholder overdraws beyond the prescribed limit or time limit for the purpose of illegal possession, and refuses to return it after being urged by the issuing bank.
Whoever steals a credit card and uses it shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 264 of this Law.
Second: how to ensure the security of credit cards?
1. When you receive a credit card or password letter.
1. After receiving the new card, check the name expiration date and credit card type on the credit card in time. Or after receiving the credit card, please immediately check whether the English words on the front of the credit card are consistent with your contents in the application form, and sign the signature strip on the back of the credit card as soon as possible. When writing, avoid using too neat signature, use the signature method that best represents yourself, and don't alter it. Because when using the card, the merchant must check the signature on the cash withdrawal slip and the signature reserved on the back of the card before handling the payment procedure to ensure that the card is not fraudulently used.
When you receive the password letter, please check whether the envelope is intact. If you find that the seal is damaged, please contact our bank immediately. If you still don't receive the password letter within 10 working days after activating your credit card, please contact us in time to avoid the password letter being lost or stolen.
3. After receiving your personal password, please change your personal password to a six-digit number that you are familiar with but difficult for others to know, and change it frequently.
Please remember your personal password and destroy the password letter. Please inform the bank as soon as possible once you find the password leaked.
Second, when you use a credit card.
1. When handling business or spending money with this card on self-service equipment such as bank counters and automatic teller machines (ATMs), please pay attention to protecting your personal password to prevent others from peeping.
2. When swiping the card, please try to keep the credit card in sight, and pay attention to the number of times the cashier swipes the card.
Please sign the shopping list after you confirm the transaction of credit card consumption, and remember to get your credit card back. Please make sure that your signature style on the purchase order is the same as that on the signature column on the back of your credit card. Please don't sign the order with blank or incomplete amount.
4. Before entering a self-service bank with access control system, please pay attention to whether the machine body is abnormal and whether there are suspicious accessories around it, such as external accessories, posted suspicious notices, miniature cameras, etc.
When you use the ATM, please don't leave immediately if the ATM doesn't spit out the money or return the card. Please pay attention to the screen prompts and wait patiently. If it is confirmed that the card has been confiscated, please contact the bank in time to receive the card and modify the transaction password. Don't trust the phone number posted on the machine, especially don't disclose your credit card password on the phone or to anyone.
6. Please keep a copy of the purchase order and other transaction receipts of your credit card consumption, so as to reconcile the accounts with the monthly statement. If you find an unknown transaction, please contact the bank immediately.
7. Please don't use online banking and telephone banking for transactions in public places.
8. When shopping online, please carefully choose websites and manufacturers with excellent qualifications to conduct transactions, and pay attention to keeping online transaction records. Please contact us immediately if you have any unknown fees or find that your personal information may be stolen.
Third, pay attention to the confidentiality of personal passwords.
1. Please store your ID card, credit card and personal password separately. Please don't write your personal password on paper at will.
Don't let others use your credit card and personal password.
Your password is only known to you personally, and no one (including bank staff) has the right to ask your personal password.
Please don't enter the personal information of the bank card casually online.
Please be careful to confirm suspicious letters, emails, text messages, phone calls, etc. In order to avoid the other party defrauding their card numbers and passwords, it will cause you a lot of losses.
Fourth, take care of credit cards.
1. Keep the credit card carefully to avoid scratches and deformation. Do not place the two cards back to back to prevent the magnetic strips from rubbing against each other to degauss. Please don't put the credit card in the high magnetic range of microwave ovens, refrigerators and other electrical appliances, and try not to put it with mobile phones, computers, palmtop computers and other magnetic items to avoid degaussing.
2. If you lose your credit card, please call our 24-hour customer service hotline immediately, or notify the local VISA or MasterCard members. The customer service staff will provide help as soon as possible, and you don't have to bear the follow-up risks.
