Among them, if the consignee or consignor of import and export goods declares the goods by himself, the consignee or consignor shall sign the application form; Where a customs declaration enterprise is entrusted for customs declaration, the application form shall be jointly signed by the customs declaration enterprise and the consignee or consignor of import and export goods. If the paper customs declaration form is not submitted within the prescribed time limit or the approved time limit, the customs shall delete the electronic data declaration form, and the consignee or consignor of import and export goods and the entrusted customs declaration enterprise shall declare again. The resulting deferred payment shall be handled in accordance with the Measures for the Collection of Deferred Payment for Imported Goods in People's Republic of China (PRC).
