I got the qualification of Jianfa Ma Xia on 20 19, but I didn't participate. Can the qualification be postponed until 2020?

According to the Articles of Association and Supplementary Notice of Xiamen Marseille on 20 19, those who have been confirmed by the Organizing Committee to be qualified for the competition (excluding those who run for public welfare and register through sponsors and other cooperative units) will not be issued, and the registration fee will not be refunded. The organizing Committee can reserve the qualification for the next direct competition, but it needs to re-register and pay the registration fee. However, players who fail to participate in the competition after receiving the material package will not retain this qualification. Those who have been qualified for the competition for two consecutive years, but failed to participate in the competition, will be disqualified for the next year.

According to the above provisions, it can only be postponed to 2020 if the following conditions are met:

1. Obtained the qualification to participate in the Xiamen Marseille on 20 19 (excluding running for public welfare, registered through sponsors and other cooperative units), but did not receive the competition package (those who received it but did not participate in the competition were regarded as participating);

2. If you are eligible to participate in the 20 18 competition, you must receive the competition package.
