Is it illegal for employees to take time off at home?

It is not illegal for employees to take time off to work at home. Sick leave, funeral leave, maternity leave, etc. It also needs the approval of the company. However, the company only has the official inspection right for employees to take sick leave. As long as the employee produces a valid sick leave certificate, the unit can not but approve it.

What is the procedure for taking personal leave?

1. Leave should be filled in in advance, explain the reason for leave and indicate the start and end time of leave, and leave can only be taken after approval by department leaders and school leaders;
