Five basic types of literary works

Literary works are the crystallization of human wisdom. They express the author's thoughts and feelings in different ways. In literary works, we can see five basic types: narrative, description, lyricism, discussion and explanation. This paper will briefly introduce these five types to help readers better understand literary works.

Lyricism is the emotional expression of literary works. By expressing inner feelings, readers can feel the author's joys and sorrows and resonate with them.

discuss

Discussion is the ideological expression of literary works. Through in-depth analysis of a topic, we can express our views and attitudes and guide readers to explore the problem in depth.

explain

Description is the information transmission of literary works, which explains the characteristics, nature and functions of things in concise and clear language, provides readers with comprehensive information about things and helps readers understand things better.
