QQ is not a good friend, can I send a message?

It is not that QQ friends may not be able to send messages (if they are blacked out or blocked, they cannot send messages to each other).

3. Right click to send an instant message.

4. As shown in the picture, you can send a message without being a good friend.

5. Randomly select a group and open it.
