In addition, if the personal medical insurance account income and expenditure SMS is not received, the insured employees in Jinan, Qingdao, Zibo, Yantai and Shengli Oilfield can follow the above process, and the insured employees in other 13 co-ordination areas need to go to the account opening bank to maintain and update their registered mobile phone numbers.

The second is to agree to the medical insurance SMS push function. This is the key to enjoy the medical insurance short message service. In order to fully respect the insured's right to choose, Shandong Medical Insurance Bureau developed the SMS push subscription function when designing the SMS platform. As long as the insured does not unsubscribe from the SMS, he will receive a pushed medical insurance SMS.

The third is to add the medical insurance SMS service number to the white list of mobile phones. Some mobile phones will automatically turn on the SMS blocking function. When you can't receive medical insurance messages, please check the settings of the mobile phone system first, and add the SMS service numbers of 10639239, 10657537 196 to the white list, so as to prevent the mobile phone software from automatically intercepting the blocked messages.
