A few days' notice shall be given for convening the owners' meeting.

According to the relevant laws and regulations, the meeting time of the preparatory group is not specified (but the owners' meeting should be held within 30 days after the establishment of the preparatory group, and the time of the owners' meeting should be notified 15 days in advance), and the owners' committee should file with the competent department within 30 days after its establishment.

1. Medical expenses: The medical expenses are determined according to receipts and vouchers such as medical expenses and hospitalization expenses issued by medical institutions, combined with relevant evidence such as medical records and diagnosis certificates.

2. Lost time: The lost time is determined according to the lost time and income of the victim.

3. Nursing expenses: The nursing expenses are determined according to the income of nursing staff, the number of nurses and the nursing period.

4. Transportation expenses: The transportation expenses shall be calculated according to the actual expenses incurred by the victims and their necessary accompanying personnel for medical treatment or transfer to other hospitals.

5. Hospitalization food subsidy: Hospitalization food subsidy can be determined by referring to the standard of food subsidy for ordinary staff of local state organs.

6. Nutrition fee: The nutrition fee is determined according to the disability of the victim and referring to the opinions of medical institutions.

7. Disability compensation: according to the degree or level of disability of the victim, the disability compensation is calculated according to the per capita disposable income of urban residents or the per capita net income of rural residents in the last year where the appeal court is located, and it is calculated as 20 years from the date of disability. However, for those over 60 years of age, the age will be reduced by one year for each additional year; Seventy-five years of age or older, calculated by five years.

"Property management regulations" Article 6 the owner of the house is the owner. Owners enjoy the following rights in property management activities:

(a) in accordance with the provisions of the realty service contract, accept the services provided by the realty service enterprise;

(two) proposed to convene a meeting of the owners' congress, and put forward suggestions on matters related to property management;

(three) put forward suggestions on formulating and amending the management statute and the rules of procedure of the owners' congress;

(four) to participate in the owners' meeting and exercise the right to vote;

(five) to elect members of the owners' committee and enjoy the right to be elected;

(six) to supervise the work of the owners' committee;

(seven) to supervise the realty service enterprise to perform the realty service contract;

(eight) the right to know and supervise the use of shared parts of the property, shared facilities and equipment and related sites;

(nine) to supervise the management and use of special maintenance funds for shared parts and shared facilities and equipment (hereinafter referred to as special maintenance funds);

(ten) other rights stipulated by laws and regulations.

Article 285 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Law) Property service enterprises or other managers shall, upon the entrustment of the owners, manage the buildings and their ancillary facilities within the building division in accordance with the provisions on property service contracts in Part III of this Law, accept the supervision of the owners, and promptly answer the owners' inquiries about property services. Property service enterprises or other managers shall implement emergency measures and other management measures implemented by the government according to law, and actively cooperate with relevant work.
