Why can't the mobile phone receive the SMS reply of 10086 1 1?

There should be a blacklist. We can do the following:

1. Open the phone and find the "Settings" button in the phone.

2. On the setting page, we click the "Information" option shown by the arrow.

3. In the message, we can see "harassment interception" and click to enter.

4. You can see your own settings in harassment interception. Click on the "blacklist" below.

The blacklist is the number we intercepted. Click Edit in the upper right corner to delete the number.
