There is no sound when the mobile phone calls, and the call is normal. What is the reason?

If you use a Huawei mobile phone, but there is no ringtone when calling, you can check the operation by the following methods:

1. Incoming calls don't ring in certain scenes such as recording, shooting video, and WeChat video calling.
