How does China Mobile send short messages to Vietnamese mobile customers?

First dial 10086 to manually check the international prefix of Vietnam. After the inquiry, the sender's number should be "+","Vietnamese international prefix" and "the other party's mobile phone number", just like a short message sent by a stranger's mobile phone number, it usually shows+86 * * * (* * stands for mobile phone number), and 86 is the international prefix of China.
