There are some requirements for handling ID cards:

After being examined and confirmed by the handling personnel, you can take photos (charge) to enter the replacement procedure, or you can bring your special photo of ID card taken in the photo studio.

(three) to apply for a replacement of the second generation ID card to pay the cost of each card 20 yuan. If there is any damage, 40 yuan will be reissued for each card. The time limit for completion is 30 days from the date of acceptance. The original ID card should be returned after the new card is issued. If you need your ID card urgently during the application for renewal, you can apply for temporary id card.

(4) The photo of the ID card should be a frontal head portrait, with a dignified and generous expression when shooting, and the head and face should not be skewed and rolled over, and there should be no sweat and oil stains on the face; You should take off your hat and not wear a uniform; Don't wear colored glasses. Those who often wear glasses must wear the lensless glasses frame provided by the shooting point according to the regulations, and the glasses frame shall not cover the eyes and eyebrows; When shooting, the hair should be tidied up, and those with long hair should show their ears and the corners of their eyes should not be covered. Don't comb your hair too high and messy. Wash the hair gel and water to dry. Generally don't leave bangs, and don't cover your eyebrows at all, that is, bangs are not as good as eyebrows; Hair dye will be judged as unqualified by the system, and it can be dyed black and dried before shooting; One-time spray black can't shoot, because the hair will reflect light, and the system will judge it unqualified; The five senses must be clearly exposed, and jewelry or makeup are not allowed. Eyebrows tattooers must restore the color of their eyebrows. Don't grow a beard. If you have a beard, you must make it clear.

(5) It is also required to wear dark clothes, not white, pink or red. If you take photos at the registration office, you will prepare uniform blue clothes. Because the background color of the second-generation ID card is white, light-colored clothes and colored clothes will be judged as unqualified photos by the system. Photographers must wear dark clothes with collars, and there must be no decorations (such as brooches) on the clothes. When wearing high collars, the neck must be exposed and not covered.
