Why can't I receive the balance information of ABC after changing my mobile phone number?

If the mobile phone number bound by your previous SMS notification service is no longer used, you can modify the mobile phone number of SMS notification.

If you use a debit card account, you can modify it through the following channels:

1. Personal Banking: Please log in to the Personal Banking APP and click "All → Assistant → SMS Notification → Maintenance/Cancellation" to modify the mobile phone number of SMS notification, the initial amount of SMS notification, whether to display the balance and payment account.

2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking and click "Security → Message Service → Modify" to modify the mobile phone number of SMS notification, the initial amount of SMS notification and whether to display the balance.

3. Counter: Please bring the cardholder's valid ID and debit card notified by signing SMS to any ABC outlet in China for modification.

Tips: You can modify the initial amount of SMS notification through our self-service terminal.
