Why can’t some PHS receive or send text messages from others?

The PHS mobile phone you are using is an early product. It does not have a Chinese character library and cannot see the content of the text messages sent. It can only receive the phone number sent. Without a Chinese character library, it cannot Sent text message content. If you want to send and receive text messages, switch to a PHS phone! If you don’t want to change, just use voice text messages!
