My Huawei mobile phone information page can't be opened. Why?

When I want to read the short message, I find that the short message interface can't be opened. There are several ways to solve this problem:

Please put your mobile phone card in another mobile phone and see if you can send and receive short messages. If you can't receive the SMS, please contact the network operator to see if it's the sim card. If you can send and receive short messages, it is suggested to plug the card back into your mobile phone and send yourself a short message to see if you can receive it. Please enter the SMS center and contact the mobile operator to check the number of the SMS center.

If it still cannot be solved, please back up the data. Then use the mutual shield Android recovery master backup to check the SMS.

First of all, you need to install the Mutual Shield Android Recovery Master on the computer, and the mobile phone is connected to the computer. And turn on the USB debugging in the mobile phone.

Double-click to run the software, and you can see three recovery modes in the software interface. Just select the "rootless recovery" recovery mode.

Next, the software scans the data. The scanning time is determined according to the data size. Please do not turn off the software during scanning, which will affect the scanning results.

Finally, select the "SMS" column on the left side of the software, check the scanned data, and then click the "Restore Selected Files" button. Wait for the data to recover successfully!
