How to prevent the bill from being texted?

To turn off the Alipay statement function and SMS reminder, you must cancel the mobile phone binding, exit the Alipay account, and log in to the Alipay account by email. If Alipay account doesn't have email login name, you can add email login name first.

Add a mailbox login as follows:

Log in to Alipay account, click Account Management-Account Information-Basic Information-Add Email Account Name, and click Open;

If you have a mailbox login name, please log in directly with that mailbox.

1. Log in to Alipay account and click Mobile Services;

2. On the "Mobile Service" page, click Unbind the mobile phone;

3. Select the free SMS check code to unbind, and click Unbind; If you are a digital certificate user, please click here to cancel the digital certificate first, and then unbind the mobile phone;

4. Enter "the check code sent by Alipay system to mobile phone" and "Alipay account payment password", and click Unbind to succeed;
