Taking Henan as an example, star service is a series of differentiated and exclusive services such as "double points, overdraft, national exemption and pre-opening" provided by China Mobile for high-quality customers with long network age, stable consumption and no arrears. This is a feedback measure taken by China Mobile to thank customers for their long-term support. In order to better serve our customers, we provide different star services according to their star ratings. The higher the star rating, the more services you can enjoy.

Customers eligible for star rating will be rated according to their scores from high to low, including five stars (including five-star diamonds, five-star gold and five-star silver), four stars, three stars, two stars, one star and sight. Among them, five-star, four-star, three-star, two-star and one-star are collectively called star customers. Customers who have been online for less than half a year cannot participate in star rating and are defined as "unrated" customers. Sight and unrated customers are collectively referred to as "customers who have not yet obtained a star rating".

For personal real-name customers who have been online for 6 months (including the month of online) and are in normal use, star rating can be carried out. Among them, non-mobile customers such as test cards, Internet of Things cards, data cards and wireless fixed lines cannot participate in star rating. As long as you are rated as one star to five stars, you can enjoy the corresponding star service.
