1. Open WeChat and click Me in the lower right corner.

2. Click the Settings option at the bottom.

6. Click on the complaint to retrieve the password of WeChat account.

7. Slide the page up, check that I have read and agreed to the service agreement, and then click Start Complaint.

9. Enter a mobile phone number that can be used normally, and click Next.
