If the goods you buy (only applicable to worry-free returns of third-party merchants) have been insured with freight insurance, that is, worry-free returns, and subsequent returns occur, the insurance company will pay for the resulting freight. The specific process is as follows:

1. You initiate a replacement or refund application within the specified time (return within 7 days, 15 days);

2. The seller agrees to your return application and informs you to send the goods back to the merchant for after-sale;

3. After the seller confirms the receipt and completes the return operation, the system will automatically initiate a claim application, and the initial trial time is 72 hours. It is estimated that within 5 working days after the claim is passed, the claim will be transferred to your pocket money in Jingdong Small Treasury. Please also pay attention to account changes in time, subject to the actual arrival time;

4. After the claim is successful, you can check it in the transaction record of Jingdong Small Treasury. Please click on the webpage link, log in to Jingdong Financial Computer, select Transfer-in, and view the account receipt record. If the vault is not opened, you can also apply to open the vault on this page.
