Third, SMS processing.

1. application: send "QH" to 10086, which will take effect within 24 hours;

2. Cancellation: send "QXQH" to 10086, apply in the current month and take effect next month;

3. Add family number: send "zjqh < family number >" to 10086, valid for 24 hours;

4. Change the family number: send "bgqh & lt old number > & ltSpace >< new number >" to 10086, valid for 24 hours, 1 yuan to check the family number: send "CXQH" to10086;

Fourth, move to official website.
