According to Article 15 of the Measures for the Administration of Staff Health Examination, the health examination institution is responsible for issuing health certificates. After the health examination results are delivered, a health certificate shall be issued within 5 working days without objection, and its validity period is one year. The style of health checklist and health certificate shall be uniformly stipulated by the provincial food and drug supervision and administration department.

The health certificate shall not be altered, forged, altered, traded, leased, lent or transferred. The health certificates of employees in catering service units shall be hung on the wall in a prominent position in the business premises, and the health certificates of employees in other units shall be carried with them at work or kept by the unit where the employees work.

Relevant requirements for handling health certificates stipulate that:

1. Those who fail to obtain a health certificate or pass the health examination shall be transferred from other jobs that do not affect the safety of food, medicines, sterile medical devices, packaging materials and cosmetics. If you want to resume your original job, you should apply for a new health certificate.

2. Persons suffering from digestive tract infectious diseases such as dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis A and viral hepatitis E, as well as persons suffering from active tuberculosis, tinea manus, onychomycosis, hand eczema, psoriasis or hand scaling, suppurative or exudative dermatosis and other diseases that hinder food safety shall not engage in direct contact with imported food.

3. People suffering from tinea manuum, onychomycosis, hand eczema, psoriasis or hand scales, purulent or exudative skin diseases and infectious diseases such as dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis A, viral hepatitis E, active tuberculosis, etc. Do not engage in direct contact with cosmetics.
